Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, orders generally cannot be modified or canceled once production has started.

2. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website or at checkout, unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to update product prices, offers, and promotions at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be completed at checkout using one of the available payment methods. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully confirmed.

3. Shipping

Shipping times vary depending on the destination, product, production time, and shipping method selected at checkout.

When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after the order has been shipped.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

4. Returns and Refunds

We do not accept standard returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.

However, if your order arrives damaged, has a printing or production error, or you receive the wrong item, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
