It is particularly apt that Haring was chosen to design this poster due to his vivacious and playful style that appealed to young people, exclusively using bold outlines, simplified shapes and bright, flattened colours.

Haring was tireless in his work with children of all ages and backgrounds, collaborating on murals with young people in America’s poorest inner cities and holding numerous drawing workshops. Upholding a world view that rendered racial, cultural and sexual differences immaterial, Haring admired children for their sense of innocence claiming, ‘Children are colour-blind and still free of all the complications, greed and hatred that will slowly be instilled in them.’ Haring’s ageless and genderless figures, as seen in International Youth Year are indicative of this worldview that the artist promoted.

Our Master's Edition archival paper, in off-white and uncoated, offers museum-quality for art enthusiasts seeking a luxurious way to enjoy world-class artworks:

Paper Finishing: Matte, uncoated, natural white (off-white).

Acid-Free: pH above 7 to prevent yellowing over time.

Paper Weight: 250 gsm (110 lb), Thickness: 0.29 mm (11.4 mils).

Available Sizes: 29 sizes in inches (US&CA) and cms (rest of the world).

Sustainable Paper: FSC-certified paper for sustainability.

Learn about paper types and their unique textures and finishes here.

No minimum orders, printed and shipped on demand.

keith haring paintings for sale

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0984/2301/3676/files/6512776d-9386-4317-89c5-3a11b1911fb5.webp?v=1790988801
https://keithharingposter.com/products/international-youth-year-by-keith-haring-poster-75x100-cm-30x40
