As well as his poster International Volunteer Day, Haring was also chosen by the UN to design the poster International Youth Year (1985) that similarly employs his vivacious and playful style that appealed to audiences across the world.

Exclusively using bold outlines, simplified shapes and bright, flattened colours, International Volunteer Day is exemplary of the way in which Haring used a clear visual language to tackle important social issues. Creating this image for the purpose of a poster to be widely distributed and reproduced, International Volunteer Day reinforces the way in which Haring sought to dissolve the boundaries between fine art, political activism and popular culture.

Our Master's Edition archival paper, in off-white and uncoated, offers museum-quality for art enthusiasts seeking a luxurious way to enjoy world-class artworks:

Paper Finishing: Matte, uncoated, natural white (off-white).

Acid-Free: pH above 7 to prevent yellowing over time.

Paper Weight: 250 gsm (110 lb), Thickness: 0.29 mm (11.4 mils).

Available Sizes: 29 sizes in inches (US&CA) and cms (rest of the world).

Sustainable Paper: FSC-certified paper for sustainability.

Learn about paper types and their unique textures and finishes here.

No minimum orders, printed and shipped on demand.

Explore iconic Keith Haring Posters from our collection.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0984/2301/3676/files/4a4a4597-9dc3-496f-91cc-528307f47b97.webp?v=1790988569
https://keithharingposter.com/products/international-volunteer-day-by-keith-haring-poster-75x100-cm-30x40
